BOOKING FEE (DEPOSIT)
How do we book your service? Can we let you know our event date first and see if you are available?
Make sure you have fill up the Enquiry Form completely so that the quotation/invoice can be issued properly. WiC does not accept tentative bookings or hold any WiC Talent on a specific date. All confirmed bookings will require a Booking Fee (50% Total Price), payable within 3 days upon receiving the invoice from WiC (not quotation). The Booking Fee acts as a security fee for the talents.

ONLINE PAYMENT
What are the means to complete the online transaction? How do we pay you?
WiC's payment advice is always stated in its invoice. Hong Leong Bank Berhad is the recipient's bank. If you find it troublesome because you are overseas, other means of online transaction are via PayPal (a transaction fee will be charged) or Wise (a much lower transaction fee).

ITINERARY DATELINE
Now that I have secured the booking via deposit payment, what's next? When is the latest for us to confirm our wedding itinerary, and finalizing the songs?
The best is to have the agendas confirmed 1 month prior to the wedding/event date so that you still have time to prepare them (e.g. childhood video, first-dance, surprise performance, etc.). That's also when you begin to choose the songs and confirm with us in that same week. We will revert to you on the finalized itinerary (together with the songlist order) 2 weeks before the event date.

BALANCE PAYMENT
When do we settle the remaining balance?
When the song selections are done, we will require a pre-payment of the balance to be made two weeks prior to the event date for the preparation work by the performers to begin. Upon payment, the finalized song-list order will be shared with everyone (clients, vendors, performers).
And while anticipating for 'the day', make sure you get enough rest and keep a well balanced diet amidst the stress and hecticness that may possibly come by. I'm sure that you want to enjoy the band's performance as well as celebrating the night with your loved ones in the best health!
