Every event may be different in terms of agenda & duration. However, our prices stated in this website are within a certain performance duration & total event timespan.
For there are extra charges due to Overtime, Outstation, Outdoor, Overpax, Public Holiday & Eves, filling up your event details allow us to prepare you the invoice/quotation of our available package with an accurate pricing.

EVENT DURATION
2.5 hours
SETUP TIME
Band's arrival for setup is generally 2 hours before the start (The Grand March).
Vendor's meal (e.g fried rice) is to be provided for at 1 hour before the start of event.
LIVE MUSIC PERFORMANCE DURATION
The total performance duration has to be within 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Each sets' maximum duration is usually
35 min + 25 min + 45 min
Sometimes it could also be
60 min + 45 min

SETUP TIME
Band's arrival for setup is generally 1 hour before the start (Processional March).
Vendor's meal (simple/light) is to be provided for at 30 minutes before the start of event.
LIVE MUSIC PERFORMANCE DURATION
The total performance duration has to be within 45 minutes.
It is commonly 15 min + 30 min
Seldom times 30 min + 15 min
Set 1 is before Processional March.
Set 2 is after Recessional March.

2.5 hours / 3.0 hours
SETUP TIME
Band's arrival for setup is generally 2 hours before the start (Arrival of the VVIP).
Vendor's meal (e.g fried rice) is to be provided for at 1 hour before the start of event.
LIVE MUSIC PERFORMANCE DURATION
The performance duration has to be
minimally (at least) 50 minutes in total.
At maximum (though very seldom), it has to be within 1 hour and 45 minutes.
If having 3 sets of performance, each sets' maximum duration is 35 min.
However, it is more common to end up in
2 sets of 45 min + 30 min.
It is important that this Planner Ticklist downloadable in the link here is reverted to us before we issue you with the invoice.
