In most of our packages, we feature both male and female singers that cover English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, with occasional selections in Malay, Hokkien, Japanese, and Portuguese (depending on the singer). Our performing genres range from Pop (which also includes Classical & Mid-century), Soul (where Bossa, Jazz, R&B is), and Rock (that includes Country Blues and Adult Contemporary a.k.a. Soft Rock).

However, to get this variety, it depends on the band size of 1P to 6P (with 'P' denoting the number of performers; 1-piece / 6-piece). Larger bands allow for a broader range of genres. That brings us to this here:

The difference between a 3P and a 4P band is quite significant. – A typical 3P lacks the bass or the keys (or could be both if it’s having double acoustic guitars instead), hence anchoring the songs to Poprock; whereas a 4P easily handles jazzier tunes. As for pulling off Soul/R&B, it depends entirely on the lead singer's vocal abilities, regardless of whether it is a 3P or a 4P.

This BUNDLE 2 will save you the effort in finding & hiring another trusted PA system vendor as we ensure a consistent technical routine for the live band’s setup with proper sound balancing & stage requirements and arrangements.

You can also rest assured with our BGM personnel (one of our musicians) to properly take care of the background music during the event’s breaktime because we fear awkward silences almost like an allergy. We will liaise with you on what the BGM playlists are like (you can choose from our lists, or provide your own list too if you want) – this is a good reminder where many people often overlook or forget about it until the very last minute (possibly one or two days before the event). Nevertheless, we still got you covered as we are ready with many types of playlists and the familarity of what songs to provide during a particular atmosphere/vibe.

Planning

Where to even start if it is your first time planning a particular event? We know that the timing (duration of each agenda) will differently affect the guests (feeling lost or lethargic), and also the vendors (having to wait extensively, possibly going into overtime if agendas are not arranged properly). So, we make sure that these are taken care of in the most proper manner possible. And because it’s probably our 888th time (or more) planning events (company dinners & weddings in particular), we have all the agendas you can think of (in a ticklist) for your consideration.

Since we will be handling the timing and planning, they are now not a big concern for you (if you included this Bundle 3) – so it is mainly down to your decisions of what agendas to have – and you can read about it inside the ticklist sheet if not sure. The planning will only be carried out once all decisions are firmed.

You can count on us to provide you with a smooth-transition event itinerary, carefully arranged in a sensible & workable duration. You do not actually need to hire a planner solely for planning an itinerary that works. Consider hiring a planner only if you're managing a tight budget or have specific vendor expectations.

If your event has many segments (especially those inspired by social media), consider engaging a coordinator instead – to help on executing the plans while we assist you with structuring the agendas into the itinerary.

Itinerary

Subsequently, the itinerary will be prepared based on your decisions and concerns. And then the next concern is the itinerary itself. –Have you ever seen before an itinerary where it is hard to read or understand? Either there’s too many redundancy of timing, lengthy remarks, hard to scroll/zoom to find whatever you are looking for, or it’s an itinerary that is overly simplified and may cause issues from many unspecified cues.

We want all vendors to be able to follow easily based on the itinerary given. So, it is very important that everything is structured visibly well in the itinerary. You may view examples in our webpage here as well. As you can see in the examples, the selected songs for the live band performance are also included in the itinerary.
