The emcee is the heart and soul to a successful event of such, where you want your guests to feel at ease, especially on a close-family occasion, greeting the young ones and the old folks in a manner where he/she is warm, happy, courteous and lively too! And it is also important that the emcee is well-versed with the couple's love story, so that he/she is able to articulate their day of love and family union with grace; not second-guessing what is to say and whatnot.

Hence, we make this possible by arranging a meeting-time with the couple to have a little conversation on their preferences, their favourite music, and their jourrney together.



Our background music (BGM) personnel will soundcheck to make sure the sound coverage provides a pleasant listening experience for the guests. Our BGM playlists are specially curated for the ambience/mood by the garden. They are serene, nature-like, and light-hearted themed. And according to each agenda, the music will change to compliment the mood. The mission is to create an almost a movie-like moment during the couple's vows-exchange and throughout the ceremony's heartfelt process, so that the bride & groom's moment shall be engraved beautifully, being always vivid in their core memory to last a lifetime.



If you have confirmed the venue for your wedding vows & ring-exchange, you should be able to know if the venue is also equipped with a PA system for your usage or not. If it is available, then you need not take the package that comes with the PA system provision UNLESS you plan to hire musicians too for the pre and post ceremony.



If you are thinking of elevating your event with a touch of elegance, exquisiteness in taste, and simply to make your guests feel like they're welcomed to a 'pampering' occasion, then hiring live musicians to accompany their experience will bring you just that.

Example, if you want them to feel honoured, welcome them in a majestic way by having a string quartet playing classical pieces upon their arrivals.

If you want them to feel profoundly interested in the topic of love and nature, then having an acoustic musician-singer to deliver some beautifully crafted love songs may do the trick.



Even though we do not actually provide this service in our package, sometimes we do work with day-coordinator(s) for wedding ceremonies.

We acknowledge these roles of theirs as significant:

• helping to make sure decorations are done neatly on time

• reminding the bride & groom to be present in a timely manner

• arranging the vendor meals on time

• briefing the hotel servers on their duties regarding refreshments, etc.

• assisting the off-stage communications where the bridal entourage would be guided for timing purposes during the processional march
